We're pleased to have John Gedgaudas from Trio Wine Company with us this
afternoon. John will be pouring two off-dry whites from the Bloom Winery: a
Pinot Gris and a Riesling. He'll be sampling us one three full
flavored reds
as well: the Dilupo Super Tuscan, Red Knot Shiraz and a
magnificent Napa
Cabernet Sauvignon.

This is a very special tasting designed to make your Valentines Day as
romantic as possible. Nothing creates a romantic moment better than exquisite
French Champagne. John Grange will be joining us for a tasting of Laurent
Perrier
Champagnes. Come taste the Non-Vintage Brut, the Ultra Brut and the Rose.

Al Roman of Wine Cask Imports will be our guest pourer this Saturday.
Al has been kind enough to pull some corks on some of our favorite wines
from his companies' portfolio of superb wines. He'll be pouring wines from
Yorkville Cellars, a tiny organic farmed winery tucked away in the most
remote area of Mendocino County, California. We'll have him pour a very
concentrated and delicious Valpolicella Ripasso as well as a Pinotage
from South Africa.
